Keeping Our Temples in the Fall

Good morning,
It was a wonderful weekend and a new season approaching fast. Lets keep in mind that we are aging gracefully so lets keep our temples as healthy as possible.
Hebrews 12:1, I Corinthians 6:19


Physically
MOVE! Fall is a wonderful time to walk outdoors and just enjoy Gods creation. Take deep breaths of fresh air and if you can, walk barefoot in the sand or on the sidewalk or grass.


Emotionally
This is a good time to walk alone and talk to God or walk with your family (to build relationships).


Spiritually
Fall is the season to take a deeper look within. To look at the weights we put on and to begin to shed off those extra baggage things that keeps us weighted down. The deeds and thoughts that do not glorify God.
